PTC is proud to welcome two new members! Following a successful trial period, Sanara and Delta have joined the cooperative.

Sanara:
Martin Hartman, owner/master: ‘After 25 years of carrying aggregates over the water, I was looking for a new challenge, which I found with PTC.I’m looking forward to working with other types of cargo.’
‘I joined PTC because I believe that it is a well-structured organisation that has pleasant people to work with.’

Delta:
‘I, Theo Gerrits, would hereby like to introduce myself as both a new and former member of PTC. We were previously members, from the hesitant start until around 2007, but after procuring a pusher craft and shifting focus to other waters, we became an inactive member and ultimately relinquished membership.’
‘Of course, inland waterway transport presents many challenges but as a member, you don’t need to face them alone!’, says Theo, owner/master.
‘Changes in the market, with ever fewer freight forwarders and an increasing number of environmental challenges meant that we no longer wanted to be dependent on the free market system. So, PTC was back in the picture. PTC has experienced a lot of changes and has grown into the fine organisation that it is today. That is something that everyone can be proud of, I think!’
Last but not least, fleet manager Johan Cornet: ‘I’m happy that we can enter into these new partnerships! With both new and familiar members. Sanara and Delta are both good additions to our fleet in their class.’
