By taking over Nobel Bevrachtingen, PTC Group is bolstering its activities within HVC.
On Thursday 2 January 2025, Piet Nobel, managing director of Nobel Bevrachtingen, and the board of the Trade and Freight Forwarders Cooperative (Handel- en Vervoerders Coöperatie, HVC) signed a takeover agreement in Rotterdam.
This takeover represents an expansion of the activities of PTC Group, which includes PTC, Genco, Den Breejen Bevrachtingen and HVC. Due to the strong position of Nobel Bevrachtingen, not least in the construction materials market, they will be working in close collaboration with HVC.
